A TRAFFIC officer on the night senior public prosecutor Clive Killian was arrested for drunk driving said he was so unruly at the police station that he had to be handcuffed.

Mondi Jakala told the Port Elizabeth Magistrate’s Court yesterday he was forced to intervene when Killian, 53, tried to leave the police station despite having been arrested. Killian, of Sunridge Park, oversees the prosecutors at Port Elizabeth’s lower courts.
