Bay business helps three schools with equipment

PUPILS at three Nelson Mandela Bay schools will no longer have to sit on the floor thanks to a Bay business which has donated much-needed furniture and other essential equipment.

The three schools – Mngcunube Primary in KwaNobuhle, Nomathamsanqa Primary in Despatch and Seyisi Primary in Kwazakhele – had been battling without the furniture for months.

Then along came industrial gas company Air Products who, through the Community Chest, handed over a R41000 cheque to help the schools with desks, chairs, carpets, sick beds and kitchen utensils.
