AFTER more than two decades of teaching at respected boys-only schools across the country, a Hilton College marketing director is soon to join a co-educational Grahamstown school as head of its high school next year.

Paul Guthrie will walk the halls of Kingswood College from January next year and brings with him extensive teaching and management experience, having been part of Hilton’s management for the past five years.

He will occupy the new post, which was created following the restructuring of the management team at Kingswood College, and work under college head Jon Trafford.

“It is a great honour and privilege to have been appointed head of the senior school at Kingswood College, which is one of South Africa’s great schools, and I look forward to making a contribution as well as maintaining the wonderful traditions and ethos of Kingswood College,” he said.
