ABOUT 100 people claiming to be former ANC members in Nelson Mandela Bay’s KwaNobuhle township joined the DA on Friday, lashing out at the ruling party’s plan to replace their ward councillor, Andile Gqabi.
The group claimed they had supported Gqabi’s election as a Ward 42 councillor in 2011.
