IT will be a hat-trick of academic achievements for the six-member Daniell family of Sedgefield, who by next week will officially have four pharmacists and a nursing sister among them.
Next Saturday will be a proud day for Sedgefield pharmacist Clifford Daniell, 52, and his nursing sister wife Louise, 53, when two of their sons, Stuart, 23, and Clint, 25, are awarded their BPharm degrees at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in Port Elizabeth.
And while the couple’s daughter, 22-year-old Megan, will also be graduating from NMMU with a BCom accounting degree, their third son and Stuart’s identical twin, Keith, is studying towards his master’s degree, also in pharmacy, in Sweden where he is part of a student exchange programme.
The Daniells’ four children, who attended Grey and Collegiate high schools in Port Elizabeth, studied at the university simultaneously, during which time they shared accommodation.
