Security, service providers and journalists queued for up to six hours, including those who had pre-registered at Luthuli House – as was required – two weeks ago.
Vehicles trying to enter one of the six entrance gates at the University of the Free State were sent from pillar to post by security guards who were clueless about much, except that only VIPs could enter through the gates.
The frustrations did not stop there.
