TWO years after having to vacate their homes, four Helenvale families are still living in temporary structures.
The families’ homes were condemned by either the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality or Eastern Cape Human Settlements Department.
Their neighbours are also fed up with the local authority for ignoring the families’ pleas for help.
The residents were moved out of the homes because of cracked walls and unstable structures. They were provided with temporary structures.
