TWO sisters were abducted while playing in the front yard of their house in Zwide on Monday evening – allegedly by an aunt they had not seen in years.
The eight-year-old twins – Nomasomi and Somikazi Bobi – had been staying with their legal guardians at Mlotheni Street, Zwide, when they disappeared.
Their foster mother Sinothando Adam, 23, who shares custody of the twins with her grandmother Teki, 79, said they had been combing the streets looking for the girls and their aunt since Monday.
“All we know is her surname is Torha and that she lives in the Kwazakhele and Motherwell areas. We have been looking everywhere for her and the children,” Adam said.
