The Herald Family Country Fair is taking place at one of Port Elizabeth’s most popular attractions, Holmeleigh Farmyard, on Saturday, September 2.
The family-run establishment is a little farm with a big heart on the Sunshine Coast only 20 minutes from the centre of Port Elizabeth.
Established in 1991, Holmeleigh Farmyard is an animal touch farm and paradise for children and adults alike. Children can experience farm life first hand and are kept entertained feeding the animals, milking the cows and playing with the bunnies.
They have great fun riding the ponies and the tractor ride to the bottom of the playground and back is simply the best!
The stalls, food trucks and live entertainment will be centralised on Holmeleigh Farmyard’s large open field across from the animal feeding section. However your entry fee will give you access to the entire farmyard
Holmeleigh Farmyard’s Danielle Kelly said: “We are so excited to be a part of this fantastic event. Life is so hectic these days that families rarely get to spend quality time together.
“This is a great opportunity to focus on the family, so come and join us on the farm for some wholesome family fun!”
Tickets to the fair cost R50 per person and children under two enter for free.
Feed for the animals is not included (it is R2.50 per bowl or R10 per bucket to share).
Tickets are limited so get yours today on www.quicket.com. You can also join our events page here http://bit.ly/2ui2OAk
