A national talent scout from East London is looking for talented acts from the Eastern Cape who are interested in being part of an international talent showcase hosted in Miami.
Director of Diverse Management House (DMH) talent agency Tanielle Ladwig said they train models, actors, singers and dancers from all over South Africa to take part in the annual International Talent Showcase in Miami (ITS Miami).
“We have just returned from Miami with a 100% success rate based on callbacks and signings of our artists with international agents.
“South Africa made a massive impact in the international entertainment industry,” Ladwig said.
She said ITS-Miami was a platform for artists to showcase their talent and stand a chance of being signed by international talent agents. DMH is the exclusive ITS representative in South Africa.
“I started managing myself and put myself out there, [to] any fashion shows [and] shoots that were happening.
“There is so much talent out there that often goes to waste simply because there is no opportunity for them to further a career in this industry. I want to share this opportunity with them as it is hope for our youth interested in this industry,” Ladwig said.
Auditions will be held at the Hams Club in East London on October 1, and at the German Club in Port Elizabeth on October 8.
