Praise for Woolies’ removal of sweet treats at the check-out line

CHECK-OUT lines are known as “toxic food environments” in health circles, and the plethora of sweets, chocolates and junk food create maximum temptation in exchange for minimum nutrition – adding to the country’s growing obesity problem.
