Lean, mean abs

Personal coach from Curves Uitenhage Janice Little said in order to get that summer body ready and develop lean “abs”, patrons needed to get on the ab/back machine, which strengthens the abdominal area and the spine.

Coach Little explains how to use an ab/back machine: 1. Sit with hips and back against the back seat; 2. Hold abdominals tight to maintain posture and avoid slouching your back;

3. Keep your arms rigid without locking your elbow joints; 4. Exhale as you push the machine down; 5. Pull the machine back to starting position; 6. Hesitate at the top if necessary and repeat.
