Jester gets into festive gear with holiday cruise schedule

PORT Elizabeth has one of the most beautiful coastlines in the country and the ideal place to view it is from onboard a cruise on the Jester.

The catamaran, which boasts a double deck that can accommodate 180 people for casual cruises and 110 for seated functions, has launched a Christmas holiday cruise schedule.

Jester Cruises will have two day Bay cruises, one at 10-11.30am and another at 3-4.30pm. The cruise costs R150 (adult), R100 (children under-16) and free (children under-3).

View the city lights from onboard the ever-popular sunset cruise from 6–8pm. It costs R250 for all ages while children under three are free. The sunset cruise includes live music and a complimentary boerewors roll.

The Jester has a fully licensed bar on each of the upper decks and card facilities are available. .

The Jester is moored in the Port Elizabeth harbour which can be entered from the Flemming Street entrance off Strand Street. Proceed through the security entrance and continue straight for 800m. Jester is on the left alongside the palm trees.
