DINGAAN Mokebe, known to television viewers as James Motsamai, the character he played in the SABC2 soapie Muvhango, now presents the channel’s consumer rights show Speak Out, the new season of which started last night.
Mokebe said the investigative show would introduce him to a new audience. “Though this is a show where I will be confronting alleged fraudsters and conmen, I am ready for the challenge.”
The show was about exposing wrongdoing, and making wrongdoers take responsibility for their actions, and rectifying them.
SABC publicist Lebo Malete said previous Speak Out presenters Vuyelwa Booi and Duncan Senye were involved in new projects. – Dimakatso Motau
