THERE is a full programme of laughter and free Friday night comedy on offer at the Boardwalk Action Bar in Port Elizabeth this festive season. Martin Davis and Kedibone Mulaudzi kick it off and will be in the Action Bar to start off the festive season of chuckles tonight from 8.30pm until late.
As usual, Davis “will take no prisoners,” with the audience learning to laugh at themselves – as well as each other.
Then, in a rapid change of pace, he will have his audience on their feet as he conducts the crowd to his crazy, highly energy tunes.
Mulaudzi will be speaking his mind – you know, the things which most people are usually too afraid to say.
He has performed at comedy events like Gimme Samma That and Nu Breed Comedy Jams at Sun City.
He is a regular on comedy circuits in Johannesburg, on the East Rand, and in Soweto.
Entry is free all weekend long from Friday.
Besides the comedy, on Saturday there is live entertainment and, on Sunday, Lee-Ann Wales and friends will be taking centre stage. The December comedy programme continues with a galaxy of top South African talent – Martin Evans and Tats Nkonzo on December 14.
Jason Goliath and Mpho (aka Popps) will perform on December 21.
Ending the year on December 28 will be veteran comedian Mark Banks along with Hannes Brummer.
No under-18s allowed.
