Innovation in all things tech

ENTERTAINMENT and technology will be in the spotlight at The Herald Clover Kids and Baby Expo next month.

The third annual expo will be held at the start of the school holidays from Friday September 28 to Sunday September 30 from 9am to 5pm each day at Moffett on Main Lifestyle Centre.

Visitors to the Eastern Cape’s biggest family expo will be in for some very special and innovative exhibits this year as RBS Professional Computing Solutions will host a trendy interactive internet lounge, aimed at the whole family.

The lounge will be equipped with cutting-edge products from tablets, all-in-one computers, televisions and interactive projectors to the “Big Boet and Schooligans” range of interactive educational software.

Young visitors will be able to surf the internet and experience the fun and adventure of learning with all the endless possibilities the IT world has to offer.

RBS Computers is also offering – exclusive to the expo – promotions and specials on technology equipment.

This year’s expo also boasts a DStv kids’ movie theatre with free popcorn.

Children will be able to join in the fun anytime during the exhibition.

The convenience of indoor entertainment promises a host of fun for the whole weekend.

These will range from art activities in the Creative Corner to action cricket and much more.

With a full entertainment schedule already planned, all visitors will receive a printed programme at the entrance to the expo.

The event, sponsored by The Herald and Clover, offers free entertainment for the whole family once inside.

Entrance tickets are only R20 for children and R25 for adults.

There is a free park-and-ride shuttle service that will be signposted with access to Crane Road from Main Road, Walmer (opposite Walmer Park Shopping Centre, behind Laubscher Park Retirement Village) as well as DF Malherbe School parking grounds throughout the day.
