The Alliance Française is celebrating Francophonie this month with a cabaret concert performed by versatile French artist Lise Garnier.
Fast and fresh, wild and witty: Lise Garnier’s cabaret is an energetic cocktail of song, trombone and recital. This French artist studied trombone, classical guitar and singing. Cheeky and coquettish, with the attitude of a rock star, she presents her own fantasy lyrics while interpreting French masters such as Jacques Brel, Claude Nougaro and Edith Piaf…
Lise Garnier will be performing in the convivial atmosphere of Toni’s Place on Saturday 19 March from 8 pm. Tickets are R20 for the members of the Alliance and R30 for non-members.
