BAY cousins Evy Evlambiou and Maria Markides will bring back the Creative Living Festival to Port Elizabeth on Friday and Saturday, July 2 and 3 in a new home on the beachfront in conjunction with the Global Inspiration Conference.

Well-known in the city for their annual Christmas Shop, Evlambiou and Markides started the holistic health expo and, after an absence of a few years, it returns on Saturday and Sunday, July 2 and 3, at the Boardwalk Hotel in Summerstrand.

“It’s a celebration of life,” said Markides, noting visitors would be able to experience treatments such as reflexology, aromatherapy or Indian head massage and more.

An open arena will host demonstrations of yoga, tai chi, ethnic dancing from various cultures and other activities. The festival will be held alongside the International Breathwork Foundation GIC 2016 at the Boardwalk.

Evlambiou said as well as a holistic health expo, the Creative Living Festival would have other exhibitors including clothing and jewellery.

“Normally we would have guest speakers at the festival but because the conference is on at the same time, you can attend it to hear the international and national keynote speakers lecturing at the GIC2016.”  Entry is R20.
