Business leader calls for end to laziness

EASTERN Cape people will have to shake off a lazy mentality if they want to succeed in business.
That was the word from Nelson Mandela Bay Business Chamber president and businessman Mandla Madwara.
He was talking at a breakfast yesterday arranged by the Young Women Manyano of the Elliott Memorial Congregational Church in KwaNobuhle, Uitenhage.
The breakfast was aimed at debating issues around the development of businesses and what budding Bay businesses could do to become more competitive.
The panel included Madwara, businessman Mkhuseli Jack and Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (NMMU) political economist Dr Ntsikelelo Breakfast. -
